Kerry is a Solicitor specialising in both private client and litigation.
Kerry is based in Hereford, having relocated to live there with her family in 2017 from Suffolk, where she was a Partner and Head of Litigation in a private practice firm.
Although Kerry spends a considerable amount of her time focused on drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and advising and assisting with the Administration of Estates, she also offers her extensive background and wealth of experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
As well as her general civil litigation expertise, Kerry has a particular interest in contentious probate matters. Kerry’s knowledge of Wills and Probate via her private client practice is an invaluable advantage for clients when dealing with Will disputes.
Having obtained an Honours Degree in Law (LLB), Kerry successfully completed a Master of Law Degree (LLM) in International Human Rights Law before completing her Solicitors final examinations at Guildford College of Law.
She began her career working as an inhouse legal adviser for a major insurance company and then at the national firm Eversheds specialising in defendant personal injury claims. She subsequently worked as Head of Litigation for 11 years with a high street practice undertaking claimant personal injury and general civil litigation, before embarking on the challenge as a Partner in a successful start- up practice, heading up one of its four branch offices for 5 years before moving to Hereford.
Kerry is an Associate member of The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and working towards achieving Full Step Membership and accreditation via the societies qualified practitioner route.
Kerry is particularly known for her patience, care and attention to elderly clients and delivering ‘peace of mind’ is at the heart of all her work.
In her spare time, Kerry enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and hunting for antique treasures to restore.
